This pickle is sharp, sour (from the original sourness of green tomatillos) and while they are not the best to be had on their own, too sharp that way, they are a perfect match to any oily fish or fatty meat cuts, as their sharpness and tanginess cut through fats like a charm making them absolutely an amazing condiment.
Whenever the food is rich, creamy, fatty or in need of tang and a lift, these pickled tomatillos answer best to that. Use them in making salsas with a sharp twist, use them in the making of quick tomato sauces, mixed with my green shatta sauce, you will have an amazing sauce to be used as a base for sandwiches, marinades and to dress salads.
The content of these jars have all been grown naturally and organically in the UAE, mostly tended by hand. No preservatives, chemicals, colourings or artificial flavourings added. This pickle follows ancient pickling methods and has a long shelf life of 1 year.
**As this product is made to order, a minimum of 3 KG is to be ordered. Also please allow 3 weeks for preparation and blooming.**
