I am thinking of all of us. A coleslaw is fantastic salad, we all love it, with BBQ’s, next to grills and even on indulgent days when we can settle for nothing less than fried chicken! Yes, we all need to eat, enjoy, balance and fall out and that is exactly the definition of balance ūüôā Anyhow, if you are intolerant to dairy, or if you are vegan, otherwise looking for change, then watch the video below for a recipe that takes care of all your needs. If not, and are looking for a fantastic classic coleslaw salad, then read on the recipe is below.

Get those fibers in, they are super awesome for your body.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head organic cabbage,¬†shredded
  • 1 small head organic purple cabbage, shredded
  • 5 organic carrots,¬†shredded

For the dressing

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup¬†cream
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon¬†mustard
  • 1 tsp DS Red Shatta (optional for spicy)
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp¬†Worcestershire¬†sauce
  • 1 tbsp DS Premium Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • DS Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

In a large bowl, mix the shredded vegetables together.

In a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together well to combine.

Add the dressing to the grated vegetables and mix all to coat.

Serve cold
