A staple Sweet Sauce

Everybody must know how to make a raspberry coulis. Yes it is very simple and most people know it, but I am thinking of you who does not know it yet. You should, because this is a staple sweet sauce that can be used to transform any dessert into a plated work of art. Also it is a super quick, super delicious sauce to be drizzled everywhere! Don’t think only desserts, as it works heavenly in savoury dishes too! Think glazed duck for instance or venison steak… Salad dressing perhaps?

Let your imagination be your guide…

Ingredients

  • 250g Fresh Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Caster Sugar

Place the raspberries together with the caster sugar in the blender and blend to incorporate.
