Dips or Dollops..

A delightful pizza anytime.

For a lunch, brunch, dinner or even a sundowner snack, this pizza is delightful.

For the whipped herbed cream cheese, mix cream cheese with 1 tbsp DS Pickled Zaatar to incorporate, then whip the cheese to soften. Serve this on the side for dips, or spoon in dollops all over the top of the pizza.

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough, grilled and prepared (see links below)
  • 1 recipe Zaatar Infused Marinara sauce (see links below)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 250g Good quality Smoked Salmon
  • 1 small red onion sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp DS Green Olives in Brine, pitted and sliced
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 200g whipped herbed cream cheese (optional for topping or side)

Prepare the dough as in the recipe on this link. Then top with the marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese then grill your dough as explained here.

In a small plate spread out your smoked salmon and sprinkle with a small squeeze of lemon.

Sprinkle with lemon zest and season with black pepper.

Once your dough is grilled and ready place it on a serving dish and top with the prepared smoked salmon.

Sprinkle the sliced green olives and sliced onions on top.

Prepare the whipped herbed cream cheese and dollop on top, or serve in a side bowl for dips.

Serve alongside a frisee Salad.
