Simple with elegant flavours

One of those things were simplicity wins big time! very few ingredients, simple and extremely fast to make yet, absolutely divine for your taste buds. Especially with those fish tacos along side some avocados!!! Do I really need to say more? Except, as I keep saying and as you know already with simple foods it is all about the quality of the ingredients. What makes or breaks this sauce is the quality of its ingredients, so make sure to use good quality and see how fantastic it will turn out. Everyone will think you add a special secret ingredient and won’t believe it when you show them how it is made. I have to say, my organic red shatta is an absolutely addictive and ridiculously good hot sauce, there is nothing like it in the market and it really lifts this sauce to a whole new level. Don’t take my word for it, I urge you to try and see for yourself (you can order online here).

Almost identical to Thousand Island Sauce, this super delicious fish taco sauce can be used interchangeably. Use it with any breaded fried fish, calamari or even with breaded fried mussels. However don’t limit yourself to just fish and seafood, as this sauce is also fantastic with meats. Think burgers, steak sandwiches or beef wraps.

Finally, and since we are talking tacos, then of course it is in order that we go on a tour to beautiful Mexico and explore its foods, culture, traditions and all thing vibrantly Mexican. So to wet your appetite to explore Mexico, I have included for you a video that explores a food tour in Mexico city, check it out before you book your tickets 😉
