Let it be White!

If Christmas is not white outside, we can always have a white Christmas inside!

While the first drink that comes to mind is the regular dark hot chocolate drink, sometimes we are looking for change. And while the whole velvety hot chocolate experience is unmatched on the cold days of winter, white chocolate adds buttery to the equation, making it a comforting, sweet and heart warming drink to have this festive season. You and the kids will want to make Santa that milk cup, and am sure he too would love the change, surprise him with this chocolate treat instead!

This luscious creamy warm drink pairs very well with most Christmas bakes. The traditional Panettone, with all those orangey tones, those gingerbread cookies, the fruit cake and even the biscottis… All will love a bit of white chocolate. When I used to cater, this was the number one hot beverage everyone wanted on their menu, and your guests will feel the same way too!

Have a Merry & Very White Christmas You All 🙂
