Detox With Iced Teas...

Love yourself some Iced Teas and you are in for a treat.

Not only are they very refreshing, but also can help you detox! Look at it this way, green tea is known for its antioxidants (detox) properties; if you add the super ingredients that are known to have detox characteristics like cranberries, blueberries, ginger and citrus fruits then you are enhancing the process. Water is the best flush all, hydrate all drink. And especially during the hot months of summer, it is important to stay hydrated. We all know that sometimes we need a bit of encouragement in that department, so iced teas do just that, allowing us to drink more water. Over here you are re-hydrating, refreshing and detoxifying all at once!

Ginger is definitely one of the top 10 detox foods. It boosts your immune system and helps your body get rid of the toxin build up. And the best thing about ginger is that it helps increase your body’s metabolism especially when it comes to fat burning! What is not to love!

Stay hydrated this summer with this super iced tea, and I have also included for you a video with 5 more iced tea recipes that I know you will love. Drink up and stay healthy 🙂
